Tables Dirty we went in at 8pm as to avoid the rush . Well we felt like we were Pushed to get out and one of the chicken breasts... we got was literally all bones. Like they breaded and fried the bones?? Not Good. We tried to get help with the order on app. (I'm 70 yrs. Old) so we could get a discount. None of the employees would help us. I'm not sure what part of Louisiana it's supposed to make me feel like but ghetto comes to mind or the kind of place you keep... the windows rolled up and the doors locked, that's the feeling I get from most Popeyes and this one is no different. The serviceis non-existent and ranks as the worst you'll find anywhere and after the overall feeling, lack of customer service then there'sthe prices so think steakhouse restaurant prices for literally fast food so I'm not sure how that equates or what kind of maththey operate under. Bojangles or chik FIL a is the only places I need to think of when it comes to chicken...not for taste butthe right combination of quality and price. Having said that they do have one actual thing going from them and that is thequality of the food, it's the one good thing I can say about Popeyes and the food is good. Popeyes is my favorite fast food but wow this is a brand new location and it TERRIBLE. Slow, rude, randomly closed?? Biscuit had... no butter, no flavor, come on. Hire some people that care please. Read more

Only one experience to go by but it was good so: good tasting chicken, new looking place, nice lady at the window. Wait time was... pretty bad but the chicken made up for it. Not bad pricing. Will probably be coming back in the future. Read more

Under staffed. Dining room closed Thursday at 5:30 pm. Sitting time was 5 minutes per car at drive through speaker waiting to... order. Left and went to Bojangles and they were fully staffed. This Popeyes has a management problem. Read more

I love the chicken, but the prices were ridiculous. Come on man! $4 for 1 chicken thigh?? I ordered 2. I think the cashier... didn't ring it up right. I won't go back until the prices change. Cook Out is a better bargain! Read more

Worse restaurant I have ever been to. Employees were rude and had no clue of what they were doing. Drive-through wrapped around... the building but at least moving. Inside order?s were not being filled in order. I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich but ended upgetting refund to leave. You have to pay for sauces. No ice or lids for cups. Employees need more training definitely. Will notgo back. Read more
