So below is a review from a year ago- but i wanted to post a new update- their service has gotten a LOT better. They have a new... manager-forgot his name but he is awesome, they are faster with preparing the orders, they are faster with deliveringtheorders...i can count on them to deliver my order within 30-35 minutes 12/9/18 Below is my old review from a year ago: I wasthere for an hour and a half yesterday. And due to my wait, they credited my account. So I went today, and I was there for anhour and a half. No compensation. I heard other customers being told that 3 people had quit this week. But I think that theyneed more routine put in place. But I've had many issues with them over the past 2 years. So it's seldom that I order from here.If you're looking for a good deal, order from here. But do so hours in advance from when you truly need it ready...if you don'tcare about the price, go to papa johns. So much faster. Read more
My kiddos love pizza so we order atleast once a week. Pizza is always great. Crust is bomb. We used to be loyal papa John?s... customers but their crust was dried and we switched and never went back. Only fallback is lack of drivers so on a busy night,you may get your pizza a bit warm and not hot. But carry out is always on point. Read more
The worst. Ordered two weeks ago and the brought the wrong pizza. Received credit . Ordered a second time at 11:00 the rep said... it would be 25 minutes. The pizza never came. We called and called only to get no answer. We called at 11:45 and no answerhowever they were not closed. Very bad customer service. This place will be closed down in the next year. Where should I start. It started out pretty good I ordered like 10 Minutes before they opened which is at 11 but I set the... delivery for 12:15 enough time to get everything going. Around 11:40 someone called and said I should expect 10-15 minute delaythat was fine they called.which leaves us at 12:30 at the latest... 1:00 roles around and my pizza arrives. It never fails when I order here my orders twice as long as the estimated wait time. I always get told they are busy but it... never looks like it. The food is pretty good though and the young manager always tries to make up for any issues. Even thoughsome of the other employees seem to have issues with customer service and politeness. Read more
