Went to the Panera Bread at Blackstock Rd in Spartanburg SC. I asked for extra Apple chips and was charged $0.29. I then got my... salad with 4 chips and asked for extra. The attendant told me know. I said I paid for extra they replied 3 is standard on a halfsalad. I said that?s not really extra to give me 1 chip and charge 0.29. She gave me a small sleeve and an extra helping ofsarcasm and attitude. I will not be taking my hard earned money to this place again. And this is the service that we should allhave to pay $15 an hour soon for minimum wage??? Crazy. Read more
It's okay, we were able to get here early and the atmosphere was a lot nicer than trying to eat during the lunch rush. We... definitely ordered more than we realized, a full size sandwich and bowl of soup can be too much for one person. Next time Idefinitely know to slim down on my portions. Leftovers do store pretty well though, so even if you do order too much, you cantake the rest home. It is still over priced in my opinion, its good food, but meh for the price. Atmosphere is ok when itsslow, its clean inside and the employees have been very friendly this visit. This is an every once in a while place vs eatinghere regularly. I hope that someone from the corporate office will read this! My wife and I have eaten at some really expensive restaurants and... we've eaten at speedy food places this was more than we have expected out of anyone the service was excellent the manager wasvery attentive the staff had suggestions everyone was smiling and polite And seem to enjoy their job. The place was extremelyclean our food was excellent served hot fresh and the way we wanted it even though my wife and I are a little picky I are alittle picky thank you so much I hope you guys have a great day! Great customer service and really good food. The muffin tops are good but I wish they had blueberry ones, the orange scones are... a must have. I got the strawberry lemonade drink and it was as it was supposed to be. Really worth the trip and I'd reccomend Read more

Glad this is close to me. Good food. Only real complaint is how long it takes for them to get your food prepped. Other than that... I don?t fuss too much about other things at this place. Could be better in other areas like cleanliness inside but the waittimes are the worst part for me. Food? Love it. Panera?s great. I usually get the chipotle avocado sandwich.
