I do a lot of catering through the east side Panera location. The lady at the register is always nice and Catherine has been a... huge help when I have questions about the amount of food needed. Food is always good and the store is clean. You can't go wrong. Read more
This place is ran by young people. Overpriced food. Cold flatbread pizza today . Asked if it could be heated. I was pointed to a... microwave under the drink station. Are you kidding me??!End pieces of lettuce in our salad. Said they were out of pepper when Iasked (how is that????) This sort of thing happens every time we come here. Management in this store basically destroys moral with the team with their bad attitude. One time I came in for a blueberry... scone. They gave me an orange scone, which is not a big deal, but I went ahead to get it changed out. Management was rude, madea face, threw the scone in the trash and missed the trash bin, and got the blueberry scone. Yesterday I went in for anotherblueberry scone, and this time there was no liner from taking it out of the case, and the bag was covered front and back withgreasy fingerprints and smears. First time ever going inside a Panera yesterday. Had a good many patrons inside enjoying a Sunday lunch. Clean location. No... one in line when I went inside - girl came up to my order, asked a few questions & I waited for my salad. When I got my salad, the croutons were so hard I couldn't even eat them. Which was a bummer. I just wasn't happy with my lunch ???? Not givingthem a horrible review - just not much to "recommend" from my visit yesterday. Read more

The lettuce in my salad was black!! I asked for a fresh salad, and the whole staff acted like I committed a crime, the female... fixing my food had long braids well below her waist, and her hair was laying over the counters where food is prepped, then aftermy salad was made , another female who has just took the trash out grabbed my food without washing her hands!! OMG This isexactly why I don?t eat out anymore, it?s disgusting, and the young generation that is the bulk of fast food service, doesn?tcare at all?.
