My waitress is name Savanna . She nice and attentive to all our needs. We enjoyed the food that we order .

Saturday November 12 we had 5:30 reservations. We got there at 5:20 were seated. At 5:40 I asked for menu because we hadn?t been... given one. At 6:00 asked for service was told we will have to wait . At 6:10 They sat people at a table next to us got theirdrink order. I asked again can we get service we had a 5:30 reservation and no one has gotten our drink or food order. Toldagain we need to wait! Honestly my experience wasn?t very good. I got takeout. The lady was nice who brought the food to the car. But my food was not... good. I got a full rack of ribs and they were sooo tough I couldn?t hardly even chew them. They were also so salty it tastedlike the spilled salt all over the rack. I had a headache after I ate them. I honestly was super disappointed and I hate thatcause I had some high hopes for their ribs. Read more

I usually am a fan of Outback but today must have been a bad day for everyone. The food was horrible. We had to send back my... niece and sister's chicken wings because they were still bleeding. When the new set of wings came out, they were very small andhad little meat on them. The drink I ordered had a huge red chili pepper for garnish and chopped up peppers with seeds in thedrink (none of this was listed in the drink description). I informed the server and thankfully she sent it back without charge.However when I got my next drink, it tasted as if they removed the pepper garnish, strained the peppers and seeds and added moreflavor syrup. I did not want to have to send another drink back so I just kept it and paid for it (did not drink it). There wasa tall, white male (host I think) who was very nice and charismatic as well as a wonderful bartender who made the atmospheremore inviting. Kaitlyn (I didn?t see the receipt to see how to spell it) and Preston were awesome! Kaitlyn was beyond patient with all of my... questions. Even though it was a Friday night last night, we were seated within 10-15 minutes. Kaitlyn was our server, and shewas so polite and accommodating. Preston ran the floor helping the tables, and he was so personable to speak to. The food wasawesome!! We loved the food and hospitality. Great experience, our waitress was great, good attitude and wanted everything to be cooked correctly! Also we noticed someone... that was working hard with a smile on his face and not complaining at all! His name is John he just bussed tables but heinteracted with the customers and tries to give everyone a brighter Outback experience! We visited this restaurant for the first time last week and had a wonderfully pleasant experience. Our waiter, Jordan, was new,... and he did such a great job taking care of us. One would never know that he was just learning. The food was great as well! Wereally appreciated having the manager check in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. Anastasia, Mara and D'Asia are a delight at the bar! To go always make sure my order is right for delivery and I love the Ahi... tuna! The new proprietor seems to understand the mission!
