Service was good. Food left a lot to be desired. Crispy pickle chips weren't at all crispy. My husband's well done burger was... medium and my Cajun pasta was ALL cajun- could taste nothing else. Been at other locations and was delicious. We will never goback here. Read more

Haven't always had luck there, but my mind has changed. We ordered delivery from there, balsamic chicken. The chicken was... actually delicious! It was still hot and juicy, cooked perfectly, but one of my sides was missing. I emailed (?) the restaurant.Next day the manager called, apologized and sent me a $20 gift card! Unnecessary, but fantastic just the same! We went backlast night. Hubby had the burger and loved it. I had the 7 oz filet, it was truly amazing! Tender and cooked perfectly, betterthan some I've had that cost twice as much! The server was great! She overheard me say that I needed to wash my hands andimmediately popped hand sanitizer on the table. My first thought was that she should be working in a higher end place so she canget bigger tips. The meal was acceptable at this location. Probably wouldn't label it as a favorite. Chicken strips were a bit rubbery. Our... server was very friendly, helpful, and provided the best service within her abilities. Other staff did seem to leave her hangingwhen she needed the extra assistance. they seemed to be short staffed, which is understandable. I don't know if it was mostlyme, but my partner seemed to notice is as well, but the entrance and dining area had a slightly unpleasant odor, almost like arestroom smell, or like dirty mop water. It nearly caused us to decide to leave, and questions the cleanliness of theestablishment. I'm sure its something that could be improved for future guests. Read more

Went there tonight with my friend after having not been in a few years. Our servers name was Traci & it was her first night. She... was absolutely awesome. Our orders were accurate, our drinks stayed filled & she was very attentive. She was friendly & made usfeel welcomed from the moment we sat down. I truly enjoyed my experience. Read more

Picked out what I was going to order from their menu before getting there. To my surprise this is what my order came out to be... compared to the 3 large pieces of fish in their photo. And asked for French fries to be extra extra crispy. Most were not evencrispy. Very disappointed. We use to eat at O'Charlies all the time in Michigan before we moved. Worst experience ever tonight. Ordered thru door dash. Chicken was way overcooked, campfire potatoes i paid extra for were raw... and black, and the bottom of rolls were rock hard. What happened?yall used to be good. UPDATE management reached out to me andwere very nice as well as professional. Apologized without making excuses, are woking with kitchen staff on quality of food andoffered to remake my meal... while i declined i will try the same meal again soon and review again based on it.
