This place is absolutely filthy,the drink station i.e. cup,lid & straw holders haven't been cleaned in sometime,the built-up can... be seen in photos attached. The food was ok,quality wise,it could & should have been prepared better i.e. Luke warm & the warmwasn't folded properly came apart immediately. Also the staff wasn't friendly nor professional. "Welcome to Moe's" I usually don't go to this location. It's very new and modern, service is friendly, food is always good,... fresh and tasty ????. Cold in there so if you choose to dine in, bring a jacket. I opted for takeout. Read more

I have been to this Moe's 3 times now and each time my stack has not been folded properly so the food falls out when I get it. ... The service is also extremely slow but the workers all seemed very nice which is good. I will be returning because Moe's foodnever fails. Read more

Pure garbage compared to what should be expected for the cost (and tip), past experiences at Moe's and other similar places, and... past experiences at this location. This is the third or fourth bad experience in a row at this location in the past year. Themost recent experience was like this: Rice was really hard and barely, if at all, cooked, peppers were raw and not grilled,staff seemed annoyed that they actually had customers, salsa wasn't fresh (or even close), chips were very stale, got maybe halfa tablespoon of guac on burrito (considering how much extra it costs just to add guac), and the food just seems rather bland anduninspired. The whole experience seems uninspired anymore. Moe's (even this location) used to be a good experience as acustomer. That is no longer the case, at least at this location. I don't know if it's a change in management, staff, training,ingredients, or a combination of some or all of those, but I cannot state strongly enough to stay the hell away from thisparticular establishment if you want halfway decent food and friendly/competent service. The majority of the workers have bad attitudes, they just seem to be miserable. The food is bland and overpriced. I usually... visit a place three or four times to get a good overall feel before I make a decision on the place and I won't be going back onmy own fruition. I can't figure out the draw of this place. We have ordered twice using Hub City Delivers. Both times we did not receive our entire order. We added sides of queso and... guacamole and they were not included. Last time about half our chips were stale. I understand people can have an off day, butthis has happened twice. Read more

I ordered online and tipped. I'm in the industry and try to make it easy on employees. I asked for a tray to eat my food in the... restaurant and the employee glared at me and walked to get it and handed it to me without saying anything. I get it b peoplehave bad days, but this is not the first time an employee was nasty with me here for no reason. I'm an easy customer! Read more

I always go to Moe's at other location and came here 2 times in a week, since its by my work, bad mistake! First visit wasn't... that great but I came back today. I ordered on the app and waited 35 min on my food. The ppl going thru line was getting foodfaster! I ask a worker about my order, hasn't been started yet. When I finally received the food and got home, it wasn't wortheating. The rice was so hard, couldn't even eat it. My order was made wrong, hardly nothing in my bowl. The chicken was hard andtough, I threw it away! I wasted my money on terrible food and bad customer service. This is a shame for this location to belike this. It needs to be fixed before I visit again. Read more
