11/13/22 I've NEVER been to a unit as HORRIBLE as this one!!! First the cars were in a long line (and they were leaving without... ordering) no moving much at all... Second when we finally pulled up to order the car across from us had not even given theirorder and the person attempting to take the order came on briefly and never took our order so we left! Third if I could leave 0???? I would!!! Never going back or at least for a while!!! Read more

Drive thru was packed at 330. Took a good 15 minutes to even order. Sat there another 10 minutes waiting on the food. Had to ask... 3x for ketchup cause the lady was "too busy" with everything else then had an attitude when I was still there waiting for myketchup . Read more
I had take out, I ordered the burger bundle. 2 burgers, 2 fries, 20 pieces chicken nuggets. Okay sounds like a lot but I had a... plan. So I ate 1 burger half my fries. The rest was for lunch the next day with my grand girl. But that burger well yummy ???? Read more
Waited forever behind the speaker because the employees didn't want their drive thru timer running. Get to the first window and... I'm immediately told to pull to the next window. After waiting 15 more minutes for the food I ordered, they left out the bbqsauce. It took another 5 minutes to get someone to come back to the window. When the guy came back to the window, I asked forthe bbq sauce. Another 5 minutes passes and I was able to get another employee to the window. I asked her for some sauce andexplained to her that I had already asked the guy to bring it. After another 3 minutes, she brings the sauce and tells me theguy said he thought I was waiting on food. Customer service is terrible here. I have never had to wait over 25 minutes in adrive thru at McDonalds. Ever! I will avoid this place in the future! Everytime I have been here, I have experienced somethingsimilar. The staff here are always so rude and none of them ever seem willing to offer any kind of customer service at all. Read more
I can't believe how nonfunctional the drive thru line can be at this location. It has to be close to 4 times where I will drive... up to the order speaker and no one will come to take my order... with no one else in the line on the other side. I've alwaysjust had to drive off without being able to place an order at all. I understand being short staffed but they shouldn't have twolines for drive thru if they can't even seem to handle having a single lane. Might as well go to the Cookout on the other sideof the parking lot, I've written my whole review of this McDonalds in the time it's taken to get my order from Cookout... This is one of the best McDonald's in the area. There's another one within just a couple miles by Academy on Hwy 29 which will... make you sweat off of McDonald's and then this location here on Warren H Abernathy will change your opinion and bring you backto McDonald's. So I just do myself a favor and skip that one and come to this location for better food, faster service and justoverall better everything. It's sad these days when you can say better food and your talking about exactly the same stuff justdifferent locations but it's true. Read more
We stopped for breakfast while traveling. It was before 10:30am, but we had to wait for coffee. When we got our order it was... fresh, the coffee was put together for us. The four stars is because we think coffee should be as quick to receive as a soda. Read more
