Worst service Ive ever had in a McDonald?s was here this past Saturday. 30 mins to get our food. As soon as we walked in a very... rude manager said the restrooms were closed because they were filthy. People waiting everywhere mad because they food was wrongor taking too long. Some poor guy with door dash was there for about an hour and they had a confrontation with him that justleft him standing there for an hour. I wished we could just get our food so we could get the heck out of there. But alas?we werestuck in McHell. The only thing they did well was take ur money. Imagine that? If I could do no stars I would. I was confused about my husbands smoothie because it came out in what I thought was a medium... cup, but was actually a large for that specific drink. The person who brought the drink out however, did not bring out any of myfood. I went in to get it and did not receive a thank you for coming, but instead received a chicken sandwich , that had beencut in half and refried. I will be calling the store to speak to management In the morning but this was uncalled for. I will notshop here again. Read more
I went to the drive- thru that has two lanes and after I ordered, I was told to pull up to the next window. I had no idea that... the next window was on the corner of the building and missed it when I was looking down to get my money to pay and get my food.I didn't know that they had one window to pay at and another window to receive your food. Unfortunately I didn't eat that day.The girl at the window yelled at me, "Hey, you missed the window." If I would have known it was on the corner, I would havestopped. Read more
This is about the best McDonald's in the area. I've never had a problem with my order, service is prompt, & everyone seems to... stay busy doing what they're supposed to. I would however suggest a friendly smile from the employees, they just seem so "Blah!" Read more
Went thru the drive-thru & was directed to space#1 to await my order. 10 minutes later, a young lady comes out with several open... bags going from car to car. She approached me, asked me what I ordered & handed me my food. 1st, since I was directed to aspecific spot, she should have known my order. 2nd, it would be much appreciated if the bags were closed & finally, a thank youwould have been nice. Service was good and fast. Workers were very nice. But got a gravy biscuit (normally wouldn't) but Hardee's on this street has... been torn down. The gravy biscuit smelled AND tasted like dog food!!!! No joke. Took one bite and almost puked. Could not stopgagging. Had to air the smell out of my car. So disgusting!!!!
