Watch your receipts! They charged me an extra $6 for a big Mac by "accident". How you get the words "big mac" from "two number... tens, please" is beyond me! They were quick to swipe my debit card and it's been 24 hours. I have yet to see my refund. Neveragain will I use a debit card at this location! Read more
This was a nice McDonald's but definitely not the fastest. The typical time it takes to get food after ordering is about 10... minutes. The people are nice though and helpful. Read more
Fast service. Order was correct. Clean restrooms & dining area. Food was McDonald's good. Mafia (my lion dog) loved his!!!
I'm at this mcdonalds. I'll tell the man behind the counter that I have a mobile order. Somehow or another the guy charged me... for another order on top of mine. The manager or whoever comes out treating me as if it's my fault my card was charged extra. She goes to "refund" my money and take the rest of the money off my card. Now I have no money and still have yet to get my food.I hate this McDonalds. They definitely went down hill. This food better be right... maybe I'll still get it. Read more
Mostly good experiences here. I pick up a lot for my parents. Compared to most McDonald's this one is definitely one of the... best we visit. Carmel frappe is consistently good and we don't find that the machines are down for maintenance better like theyare at most of the others in the area. Read more

This is normally my favourite McDonnalds, but today they just struggled. Their speaker was down and they had a person who reaked... of Pot taking orders. Somehow whenever I order "Cheeseburger Happymeal Ketchup Only" I don't get cheeseburgers. I get HamburgersKetchup Only. Today I ordered Cheeseburger Happy Meals cheese and ketchup only and got burger patties with cheese and ketchup inMcNugget boxes. No bun. And they forgot my cheeseburger meal entirely, even though I asked at the payment window as well. Read more
they know their fountain drinks are flat, yet still sell the drinks. they take 20 minutes to refund $1.49. the people that make... the food were just standing there while i was waiting over 15 minutes for a single burger and ended up being late for work :) Read more
