Never prepay. So when it takes too long, you can just head on out and cancel your order. I don?t order from here, but my husband... does a lot. My pizza was sitting inside but the door was locked and I had to sit in line for almost 20 minutes for them to take it from the... portal and hand it through the window. I also thought it was supposed to have cheese and pepperoni in the crust. There was morethan an inch of plain crust with no toppings and the crust just isn't good enough to go bare. Read more

If I could I give them not stars, the was rude and I was instructed to wait on my food the when the buzzer go off, I had to ride... back through the drive thru. That was unacceptable because it was 7 cars in line and buy the time I get my pizza it would ofbeen cold. Plus they closed the inside ( they had 3 workers at the counter doing nuttin jt standing there looking at us). I love this location, I'd call this one of the top best little ceasars that I've been to for 2 main reasons: the food is always... fresh and the quality is excellent and they cut the pizza completely through which I shouldn't have to mention that's a goodthing but you'd be surprised how many places can't do that. I don't buy pizza to cut it myself or rip it apart I buy it becauseit's sliced and I'd like to open the box and pick up a slice not fight with the pizza. Read more

Fancy fancy they gave me a buzzer! I went through the drive through expecting to get hot and ready. It wasn?t ready which was... fine with me because they were polite. Went in tonight 6-10-22 to pick up my order in the machine. Ordered from home. Put in code and the door opened. My order was in... the one below instead. I asked the lady to get the manager to fix it she said they both should open bc it?s the same. Whe I toldher it wasn?t she grabbed my order and threw it across the counter to me and walked back to the back. She was a young lady withblue dreads in her hair. Will never frequent a Little Caesars again. You can Thank employee Ja Shaun ( manager did not give me his last name) for that.... Got a refund after being cussed out because they asked me to pull up and walk in to get what I ordered. Told em I couldn't dothat. I am not able to walk in to get it. Not that I got a chance to even tell them that. I was everything but a child of Godwith my kid in there listening to it. I'm assuming it was a manager who came and gave me my refund. She was of the same opinionas him without asking me anything about why I did not want to pull up. She had to literally push him back because Ja Shaun didnot like the fact I asked for his name to make a complaint and lunged at me. The "manager" said the drive thru is for pick uporders only. I have never seen one thing posted anywhere on a sign at the drive thru that says that. Ja Shaun never once told methat before he took my order or my money. Why did he even take an order if you could only do pick up orders at the window. Instead of assuming I just didnt wanna pull over with the other 10ish cars they had waiting and start yelling a cussing me out,maybe you should of let me finish my sentence first.
