Recently went through the drive thru here. Didn't catch the man's name but he was a late 30s or 40s black man. Really seemed to... be happy with his work and professional. As I left he ran outside to my truck in the parking lot all to give me the honey bbqthey forgot to put in the bag. There are very few KFC's I can say much positive about and this one is no exception. Slow horrible service, over priced mediocre... food and just reminds me why in this specific order when I think of chicken and chicken that always good and done right thenonly one place ever comes to mind and that's chik FIL a and a close second is Bojangles. I've been to this location once and I'msure I'll never be back here for sure and any other KFC for a few more years or forever. Read more
I order 3 chicken strips and two fried apple pies totaling over $10. The pies were soaked in grease and looked like they'd been... sitting all day, one bite and in the garbage they went. As for my chicken strip, they should call them "batter strips" as theyhad alot more batter than chicken. What's with all the fast food places paying their help more money but they often aren't doingany better with their service, or in some cases worse ???? Read more

KFC Spartanburg SC 29301. In front of Jason Deli next to Stanton glasses. Ordered dinner for family at drive thru. Ordered 8... piece meal that includes 2 sides and biscuits. They put a breast in a box. Got home and biscuits were missing. I served themashed potatoes, and it still had dry powder. Read more
We ordered in advance and when we got there they hadn't gotten our order at all! No wheelchair accessibility and the floors were... 'cleaned' so they were more slippery than ice! And they still had an hour to close! I can say they at least didn't make us payagain and they were fast with tasty food. The biggest problem though was that I had I had to go inside with my cane on theslipperiest floor ever! It was like lard had been waxed over the whole floor! Not NOT safe for anyone let alone a handicappedlike me. Terrifying! Definitely fix your app please KFC! Your food is delicious! And your people do work hard and efficiently. Read more
Was very good quality food, great taste, hot and fresh. I love this KFC! I visit often for the pot pie and mashed potatoes and... gravy. I never thought I would care for the pot pie but, it's always very hot and fresh, huge chunks of chicken and vegetablesand the pie crust is so flaky and buttery. I couldn't ask for any better.
