Just ate there. Asked for mashed potatoes and got soggy nasty fries. Chicken was 90% pure gristle. Nasty. Honey mustard had a... hole in the pack, and it leaked in my car. No biscuit. Needless to say, I thought I would give KFC a chance, but never again.Worst fast food of my life. Read more
I was in drive thru to place my order. I asked for the two piece combo with fries instead of mashed potatoes. I get to the... window to get my order. I looked in my boxed they had given me mashed potatoes. I told them that's not what I wanted. The girlsaid it will be a few minutes pull over for fries there cooking. She took the potatoes. I was like okay. Then I proceeded tolook at my chicken and it was rotten. I told the girl at the window I didn't want the chicken because it looked rotten can Ihave different pieces. She took my box back and told the manager Calandra Rice who was standing there putting chicken in thebox. She came to the window saying all the chicken look like that because it just came up. She was saying all this with an nastyattitude being very rude rolling her eyes arguing with me. I said well I don't want those pieces can I have different ones. Shethrew the chicken in the trash. She got more chicken out and threw it in the box while I'm watching her fixing it. At this pointI'm very mad. You are a manager arguing with a customer about their order, being nasty, rude, and then throwing my food insteadof making me happy. This was my hard earned money I'm coming to spend at your work place that help pay you. My child was in thecar hungry also crying because he was hungry. I will never ever go back to this place again.
