Whenever my wife or I are hosting guests from out of town there are two places we insist on taking them. Cribbs Kitchen on Main... and Hub City Scoops. Throughout my travels I have not found ice cream or service that can compare to Hub City Scoops! Theflavor options are extensive and staff professional and helpful. Recently, we utilized Hub City Scoops event space for anevent. We met with Kathy who arrived early and went through all the options available extensively. When the day of the eventarrived, we were blown away by the presentation and set up. We had high expectations given our prior interactions, but theproduct presented profusely exceeded those expectations! I would highly recommend both the ice cream parlor and the eventspace. Ice cream was great, service was great, love the dipped cones, but all of our cones were stale ????
Came down to grab some ice cream before seeing fireworks on the 4th and it was SO good! Normally I love the butter pecan but I... opted for the coconut almond & it was delightful!!! Customer service was great! The young women working there were friendly, patient and polite. I enjoy the Turtle Ice cream in a... waffle cup. My daughter enjoyed a Turtle ice cream shake and my sister enjoyed Butter Pecan ice cream. We will definitelyrevisit . Read more
My husband and I have tried most of the ice cream places in the area, but Hub City Scoops is consistently the best. It's the... place we always take friends and family when they visit. My husband enjoys the stranger flavors, but I love their Zanzibarchocolate! Read more
Would have been 5 stars if the pricings in store matched what was said on the phone, but other than that, the flavors were... great! We got the Heaps of Love and Lemon Meringue. Ice cream is thick and creamy with bold flavors. Read more
Since the dawn of time, mankind has tried to capture the essence of creaminess. Hub City Scoops has done it, and in a waffle... cone. You can get a pretty good sugar buzz from the store ice cream "flight", a board of four ice cream flavors served withwaffle cone chips. Cookies as large as - and vastly more appetizing than - a child's face are available. I swear one of themactually incorporated full-size Hersey kisses. I will be back - the flavors rotate, I'm told.
