This is truly a horrible location! Workers do not show any form of urgency to get food out of the building through drive thru.... The app is good at letting you know they will begin making your food but that doesn?t mean they will actually make it quickly.Fast food is definitely not their motive. I wish places that didn?t perform could be shut down just like corporations are. Ifyou can?t seem to work a counter etc you definitely shouldn?t complain about not making enough money but instead learn to do thejob you selected better. Read more
Picked up an Uber Order. Waited no lie at least 20 mins. There was 1 car in the drive through, & 1 customer leaving with their... Order when I arrived inside, still had to wait. Luckily after about half an hour the what I assume was manager came & got theorder within 5 mins. I'm unsure about the food, it smelled good but I do not believe it could possibly be worth the wait. The kid in the drive thru was paying no attention to what he was doing. He was just handing stuff out the window without even... turning around. Our order was wrong. He had no customer service experience obviously. Just not a good experience for us. I neverleave reviews but it was bad. Read more
15 minutes and almost $5 for a bun with a small amount of cheese & ham. The kicker is I asked for tomato and only got old... lettuce. Do better! Read more
Went in the other day (early August 2022) for some lunch. Not enough good can be said about the lunch. The Frisco burger and... fries were extremely flavorful, sweet tea was amazing and fresh. The staff was quick and very, very friendly. My family willdefinitely be back. Read more
How is this place considered 'open'? The hours suggest they close at 10:00 but there aren't any cars in the parking lot and all... the chairs are on the tables. Even the employees park off site! I'm guessing somebody is using this place as a tax write offwith no intention of actually making a profit. Good for them, bad for the business brand. Read more
Food is always great, it's just never great service. Being told to pull up to the window before being done with your order, to... not buttering a butter biscuit, when you specifically asked them to make sure it had butter on it this time. It's like theydon't care to get it right Read more
All I ordered was 2 double hamburgers. There were 2 cars ahead of me. However, after waiting just over 15 minutes the car in... front finally got their order. Almost ten minutes later the car in front of me hadn't gotten their order so it wasn't worthsticking around. Read more
