I went through drive thru about 10:55 and the service was great and very fast.
Now I know why the parking lot is always empty at this location. Horrible customer service. Staff sitting around on their... phones while no customers. Food quality was horrible. French fries was not hot. Burger was dry and cold. I'll stick to BKand McDo and will never go to a Hardees anymore. Read more
Hardee's use to be good,especially the breakfast. Stopped at this location for lunch,my daughter wanted chicken tenders and the... guy says they were still frozen. I don't complain much but if you open at 6am or 7am,how is anything still frozen after 1pm ifyou were properly prepared for the business day. They just lack the enthusiasm to even want to work,definitely doesn't make mewant to come back. Read more
