This review is based off of my most recent experience, this is not my opinion of the restaurant as a whole. I had to throw the... majority of my burger away today. This is very upsetting not only because I was hungry, but also due to how much I paid for mymeal. As good as Five Guys' burgers normally are, they are not known for their affordable price. It was exceedingly obvious thatwhomever handled my burger had just finished a cigarette. Since the workers are not allowed to smoke inside, my guess is thatthe person had just come back from a smoke break and the smell was on their hands. It was embedded into the burger itself, andthe smell and taste of cigarette smoke was overwhelming when taking a bite. I could only tolerate a few bites before having tothrow the majority of it away. I want to continue to eat here, but please address this issue ASAP. Read more
Food was great! Employees were working together and food came out quickly. Enjoyed our meal!
Wait time way to long and to much goofing off in the kitchen. Had plenty of wait time to watch how the kitchen would run much... smoother if you all would quit goofing around and fix the orders in a timely manner. After twenty minutes waiting on my order Ihad to ask for it and it was sitting at the fry station the whole time . Just needed fries but they once again were to busylaughing giggling cutting up to give a damn. Read more
I really don't get the hype. It's not fast. It's not clean. You can see them and they literally do not season any of the... patties. The burger falls apart. On top of all that, it's $15-20 a head. Fries are decent. Read more

We come here all the time . Some of the best fresh burgers, fries, and milkshakes. It can get very busy so order on the app and... come in and pick it up it's so much faster. Good prices and has outdoor seating so you can enjoy the great weather. Always agood bite a good. Read more
Waiting on food while 2 workers yap about life and one claiming he can't wait to leave his job. No one is in a hurry to give... anyone food. They're just standing here yapping......had to go back to get a new milkshake made since the one they gave me waswatery. Awful customer service. It was almost 11:15 and I was standing outside with my baby wondering why the doors weren?t unlocked. ... People inside wouldn?t even acknowledge us. There were other people waiting as well. Eventually we gave up because obviouslythey didn?t care about our business. They lost paying customers because no one could be bothered to come to the door and let usknow they would be opening late. It wasn?t until we got in our car someone came to unlock the door and throwing their hands upat us. Called the manager and it was just excuses, none of which explain why NO one came to the door to explain they weren?tready to open. If they would have we would have understood and waited.
