I usually don't leave a bad review if I don't have something good to say I usually don't say it but this was totally ridiculous... the tomato they put on my sandwich was almost completely yellow still have a piece of the cour in it I guess where it wasn'tripe and the lettuce was black and a sandwich didn't hardly have any meat this was very disappointing for a Firehouse. Forwhat you paying for it should at least be decent but it was very clean and that's the reason I left two stars. Read more

Firehouse subs are good but this time my sub was awful. No mayo,onions oil and vinegar that I ask for. The guy making my... sandwich did NOT know what he was doing. It was so dry I had to put mayo and onions on it myself. So now on I well check my subbefore I get home. ???????? Read more

Worst firehouse we have been to. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 3 of the 4 were made wrong. Lots of employees standing around, while... tables, floor, & bathrooms are dirty. I don't think the bathroom has been cleaned for days. There was one other couple eatingat a table by the trash bins while we were there, which 2 girls decided to finally empty, laughing, goofing off, then put thetrash right next to their table. Out of tea. Had brisket sub. Good as always. Very young looking staff. Noticed they need some training on clean handling of food... and containers. Young lady handed me my cup with fingers around inside and outside the rim. Probably lacking adult leadershipand training. Also teach them to interact with the customers more than one another. My husband brought take-out home tonight. It was very disappointing. He ordered 3 subs. He asked for extra pickles on all, we... got none. He asked for jalapeños on my sub, there are only 2 slices. My sub didn't have any meat on half the sandwich. We haveeaten from here many times and never gotten this bad of service. We will be getting our subs elsewhere going forward. Read more

Went here this weekend and I never plan on returning only if the people who are running the business are replaced. Too many... childish and nasty teenagers. Touching food items with NO gloves. Called the restaurant and told the assistant manager. All thatwas said was ?I?ll tell them to wear gloves for now on? Did Covid not teach you anything? Read more

Today I came to redeem a TMobile Promotion for the free Italian Sub. I ordered an Italian sub sub all pork with turkey due to... religious reasons. After placing my order with the sweet girl on the register, the manager I supposed told her to ring it up asa turkey because it would be cheaper. The sweet girl explained I was using a promotional coupon. She told her I couldn?t do thatand it would have to be the exact way it comes. I wouldn?t have eaten it if that?s what she would?ve given me. I was given whatI ordered but this shouldn?t have been an issue considering my religious beliefs. There were lots of workers on shift but no onewiped any tables and the floor had food under most of the tables. Read more

FOOD PRICES ARE TOO HIGH TO HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I went in for a sandwich yesterday. When i arrived I was not... greeted. It was two people working (guy and girl) , they did not say anything. I waited for about 3 minutes before I was evenacknowledged - I must be invisible. I was only then acknowledge because another guest came in and asked if I had alreadyordered... which I hadn't. After another wait, the guy did not apologize for ignoring me and then took my order, he was veryshort and rushed the process. He was half wearing a glove while operating the cash register (i paid with cash) and I asked if hecould change it before making my sandwich - he didn't like that. I did not receive my receipt either. He then went on to helpother customers after me and he gave them their receipt. I got my food and it was decent, but I wont be coming back to thislocation and this is why. FOOD PRICES ARE TOO HIGH TO HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! A HELLO GOES A LONG WAY. CUSTOMERS PAY, WEARE NOT ASKING FOR A LOT - AT LEAST ACT LIKE YOU CARE AND ACT LIKE YOU WANT TO MAKE OUR MEALS.
