I know this location is new but slow. I ordered 6 donuts..2 powdered sugar vanilla cream and 4 krullers. They didn't have any... krullers. I ask for for 4 powdered sugar vanilla cream and 2 glazed chocolate donuts. I only got 1 of the donuts I asked for!! I was so excited to get a Dunkin close to our house! We have ordered from here approximately 10 times since they opened, and it... never fails that there is an issue with every single order. I am not sure if the issue is with the ticketing system, but thereceipt taped to the on the bag will be missing items, while the receipt handed to us will have all the items we bought and paidfor. We typically order online and go through the drive through, and we always have to swing back through to get the missingitems. The food is fine, the staff is fine - I just don't understand how there can be missing items in every singleorder. Edited 10/23 after we attempted another order - This one should have been simple. 1 coffee, 12 custom donuts (notassorted, custom, meaning I chose which donuts I wanted). Ordered on the app. My husband went through the drive thru to pick up,and they handed him the coffee and told him to have a good day. He got their attention and explained to him we had also ordered12 custom donuts. They threw 12 random donuts into the box. I am aware this is super first world problems, and part of me isspeaking from being 8 months pregnant with particular cravings, but we ordered a dozen specific donuts for a reason. Burned flavor sweet coffee. People are nice, I love the brand and prices are way better then most coffee shops. But at this... location the latte/cappuccino and other sweet coffee has a burned coffee flavor to it. Told them over the phone once it happenedthe first time. But now at the window tasting it a week or two later it's the same burned flavor. Girl at the window told me shewould make anything I want but the burned flavor wouldn't change as they get the coffee from a truck. Not sure who needs to hearthis but I'm not gonna call corporate to speak with someone over sea and waste my whole day trying to reach someone over theirburned coffee flavor. If you don?t know what ?extra extra? means why do you even work at Dunkin? Also why is there additional charges including... ?special? and ?hospitality???? And why did my daughters wrap come like this in the package??? This place is brand new, GET ITTOGETHER. Read more
This is one of the most prompt and courteous Dunkin?s I have been to. They are very friendly, and in a case where a mistake was... made, they quickly identified it, and gave my girls a couple of extra donuts for their time. Will definitely be returning. Read more
Stopped in at 6:40am today. You'd think everything would be nice and fresh. They started off with no munchkins and had only... about 6 flavors of donuts.. my vanilla Chai had the worst stale burnt taste to it, completely awful and our 6 donuts tastedlike they were from last week.
