Ordered three croissants w/egg and cheese, when I realized they mistakenly put bacon I drove back 15 minutes for them to change... my order. They thought it was funny to just take the bacon out and give me the same order back, if you care about yourself stayaway from this place. I will be making an official complaint soon. Read more
I can't even give them 1 star. I have been a faithful dunkin girl for the past 25 years. This is the absolute worst of the worst... dunkin. Not only do they get orders wrong when you write to have your voice heard , they never call back. Only cares for themoney coming in not how customers are treated. I have just started stopping at QT to get my coffee at least I know it is rightand with the wait at the drive -thru I have cut 20 minutes off of waiting in the am and I am saving money. I walked in on Thanksgiving morning. I was the only customer inside while many were driving through. It took awhile to get the... attention of someone at the counter to take my order. (again, they all seemed focused on the T-giving drive-through crowd).There were no donuts in the case in the front but they did have some closer to the window in the back. Donut choices wereglazed and something else. The donuts and coffee were as expected. Probably would go back but not on Thanksgiving!! Read more
