Good flavor but nowhere close to $16. I contacted the restaurant prior to leaving this review and evidently it was not worth... their time to respond. I prefer to support local businesses but will not be ordering from this establishment in the future. Read more

The food is awesome and the ambience is so amazing! The chef, waitresses, and hostesses are very kind! The crab cake chef not... only brought out our dishes but was truly personable and even was the one who helped lair the dish with a wonderful drink! Laura- Beth is part of the reason we came back because of her true love of people and making people feel welcomed. What was soimpressive was how every staff member worked together to ensure everyone was care for from the chef, waitress, waiter, hostess, and others. This is very unusual and I have not seen this commodity in other establishments. Kudos to the owners and manager forestablishing this culture and so grateful for the wonderful dining experience!! Lastly - I’m not a bread pudding fan -however this is the best dessert ever at the Dray-Bay and LB was right - It’s fantastic!! See you all soon!! Read more

Long wait for our food even though the restaurant was not very busy. Food is okay, decent at best. The basics such as these... fries weren’t done well. They were soggy and smothered in salt. The worst part about the experience is looking up and seewhat appears to be black mold on the ceiling. I understand it’s an old mill but some TLC would good a long way. Read more

Absolutely the worst dining experience I have had in my 52 years of life. Made reservations 2 weeks before for Sunday brunch... after my daughters college graduation ceremony. I wanted something special to celebrate her accomplishment. Reservations wereat 1. Called that morning to see if we could get a table outside due to the fact that one of our guests had a 10 week old puppywith them. The person on the phone was very pleasant and said that they could accommodate us after one. We got to therestaurant at about 12:45. I went to the hostess and gave her our name. I told her that we had called earlier in the morningand had made arrangements to be seated outside since we had the dog with us. She told me “well that’s not happening”(exact words!) I told her that we saw at least 3 tables available outside, one that was big enough for our party to which shequickly snapped back “those are all reserved!” (Again exact words) I told her that because we were told earlier that theycould accommodate us, we had the dog with us. Again, rudely she said there was nothing that could be done and that she couldnot seat us if we had the dog. My guest had to drive 15 minutes back to Wofford and leave the puppy then drive back to therestaurant. We were finally seated at 1:15. We order drinks and then soon after ordered lunch. After one hour and a half ofwaiting and no food my husband approached the manager. Manager said food would be out right away… at least 3 tables that Icounted were seated AND served while we waited the hour and a half. After an hour and 45 minutes we left. Overall managementand was horrible, the hostess was EXTREMELY rude and the food… well we will never know. It should be noted that one of myguest went outside during our almost two hour wait and low and behold the large table that could have accommodated plus severalothers remained empty. Not at all the celebratory brunch that I wanted for my daughter on such a huge day in her life! Read more

We visited on Mothers Day. We had reservations for our party of 12 at 1:30. We arrived early and were seated around 1:45 (not... too bad since they were clearly very busy for Mothers Day and we were a large party). Our drink orders were taken, but noteveryone had received their drinks when the server came back to take our orders. We reminded him and the drinks were brought outshortly after. We waited for over an hour (from the time we ordered) and the server came to tell us it was still going to be abit. We had small kids in our group who thought they were going to starve to death so the server did bring them each a fruitplate to hold them over until the food came which I appreciated. It ended up being nearly an hour and a half after we ordered(2 hours from our reservation time) before we had food. Overall, the food was good but not great. Our server seemed to behustling and doing his best but it was obviously painfully slow. Not super impressed with this visit. We’ll give them anothershot on a normal day to see if I can update this with a more positive review. Inside the restaurant is beautiful and theoutdoor seating would be really nice as well I think!
