I haven't even gotten the chance to actually try thier pizza because the system will not allow me to order online. When you call... the store they tell you they can't offer you any of the online deals or any deals at all. This is the second time I have tried(1st time was a couple of weeks ago). I then switched stores to the Boiling Springs location and was able to order no problem.Poor customer service for sure. Figure out the problem instead of pushing it off. I can't be the only one with these issues. Read more
I put in an order about 30 minutes before they closed and after waiting 30 minutes they canceled the order without calling... because it was too close to closing time. I was told we?d have a credit on our account because of the inconvenience, just calledback today and of course they have no recollection of a credit or the incident. Zero Stars, rude as hell....2 people and one has his head phones on to block the customers out...Was just trying to ask a... question and all I hear is , quote, "Just wait up front for a minute", I repeated multiple times that I had ordered a take outon line...He kept saying "wait up front please"..While the lady was doing all the check outs and removing pizxas from the oven!!A class on customer service is needed, BAD!! Today my order was over an hour getting to me after I placed my order. But I am not mad or anything like that. I did call to... find out why it was so long after it came out of the oven as my family and I were getting hungry. But after talking with ChrisI realized it was Sat. evening and there was a special going on and that increased their deliveries more than usual. Also,Chris called me just after order was placed (online) and notified me due more requests they had just run out of onions and wouldI like to change my toppings I asked if it were ok to just to increase amount of the mushrooms on one of the pizzas and thetomatoes on another. I was happy he did so at least I was informed and then no questions when delivered. Chris is who Domino'sneed at every store. I will still give them the highest rating because of Chris!
