I never take the time to write reviews but I have never had anyone be so rude to me for no reason at all. Earlier today I was... attempting to order a cookout tray. I?m not sure if the worker was just angry or truly just doesn?t care but she yelled at memultiple times over the intercom. She wouldn?t even let me get my order out without interrupting me. If I could have backed outof line and just left, trust me I would have! On top of that, when I got to the window to pick up my food, the car before me hadjust pulled away and I pulled up as she was mumbling under her breath about them. Please? just don?t have a job in customerservice if you don?t know how to treat a customer. This wasn?t even up to fast food standards. Just gross. Read more
As far as fast food goes I'd pick this place over the other burger joints just for the flavor and all the topics offered. Plus... 40 milkshake flavors. I'll be honest though I really don't understand their menu and how I should order. The burgers are alwaysgood, same with fries and onion rings but the hush puppies were dry for me. Worst location imaginable! One side of the two lanes doesn't work and there's no signage to indicate they can't take your order.... Or they are choosing to ignore customers on the outside lane. I'm not sure which is worse. Waste of time and terrible customerservice. Believe the 0-1 star reviews and don't believe your experience will be better or think long lines is s good thing. Youwill be as disappointed as I was to endure waiting 30 minutes and go away empty handed. Zaxbys on nearby was able to providequick service with less people. Maybe Cookout can ask for guidance on how to run a business? Read more
The wait time in the drive thru is ridiculous! Spent 20 min altogether waiting to order. When I got to the speaker box I waited... for an additional 3 min for someone to come over the box to "greet me" by "what can I get for you". The employee was extremelyrude and didn't seem to be paying attention to my order because I had to repeat it 3 times. Not only that, but was rushing mewhen when it came to my order. When I got to the window there was no eye contact whatsoever. Along with the rude service I hadmissing items that the employee blamed on me. Whoever is in charge of this place needs to seriously re-evaluate their employeesand teach customer service! Read more
Tried to give them 2nd 3rd and 4th chances but this is absurd. They forgot half my food, and all the hotdogs (which were ordered... with toppings) came bare. The 2 quesadilla side came with only one, and my side of hushpuppies were pathetic. Read more
I ordered a 2 hot dog tray and three burgers. I didn't get the hot dogs but I got everything else. My car almost overheated in... that long line. This place need to tighten up. Most restaurants you could just go back and get it corrected. Not this place,you'll be waiting in line for at least another 45 minutes and it isn't worth the hassle. Read more
If I could rate my customer experience tonight and overall satisfaction I don't even want to give it one star. The sad thing is... that the workers didn't even bother making a customer connection with me. Close the drive-thru window. Super sad. But I let thatgo to get home after ordering a barbecue plate that as you can see is missing fries and hush puppies. To then have my daughter'splate that had two onion rings in it and is supposed to be a big cheddar style burger to have patties that are as then as acredit card and as burnt as a piece of charcoal. Literally got 3 onion rings, and 2 hush puppies with my tray order. Burger was cold. The double line doesn't work, the wait was... 20+ minutes for shi* food. At the price of $22.50 for 2 people, you could at least keep the food warm, and maybe a couple ofextra sides? Awful. I remember why I stopped going here. Read more
