Took the tour bus thru and the staff were super efficient and kind, food was as expected.
This restaurant has declined drastically over the years. Went inside to dine in. Dress code was not enforced. Went back after... dinner to order milkshakes... Cashier had to make them. She left ice cream on the cups, as well as half-way putting the lids on.She was not washing her hands after handling money to go and make the milkshakes. The dining area floor was a grease pit. It wasa lawsuit waiting to happen. There were no napkins anywhere. I contribute this to poor management and them being short staffed,although each employee should represent the company as best they can. Read more

Really gone down hill, would not recommend unless you have an hr plus to waste in a FAST FOOD restaurant. Waited 10mins at the... front to only be treated like we were the problem. Staff saying "idk why you looking like that." After patience has run thin.Not worth wasting your time or money on. Staff is lazy and food is trash. Read more
I am giving 2 stars simply because I love their food. I expect there to always be at least a 30 minute wait because they make... their food on the spot and I go during busy hours. But the last 2 times I went, the wait was much longer and this very lasttime, we watched the employees chatting for at least 10 minutes before the first car in line got their food. I have a 45 secondvideo of them talking and the line not moving (at least 10 cars in line) I will make sure to get a full video next time of howlong it takes at this location just to take care of one car. Needless to say, this time we left and just got ice cream fromWalmart. I understand there is an ?employee shortage? but that does not give workers the right to ignore customers and not dotheir jobs. For $7 all I ask is for a little more fries and they also weren?t even Cajun fries as I asked for, (burger was correct)
It could have been better. The drink machine was nothing but carbonated water, no ketchup packs, very little napkins. The... burgers are still great but wound up with a plate meal that incident want. Just the burger please. Read more
Nice place. The workers where really nice and helpful. It was quiet too. Well there was Noone else in there so. But I would... defiantly be back. If I'm over in that area again. Love the food too it was good and filling. Read more
