Prices on the drive thru board are wrong. Manager was the rudest food service worker I've ever met. Overpriced slop. Would not... recommend going to this disgusting place. Save money and get higher quality somewhere else. Read more
Oh my gawd!!! Even to think, when I was a teenager I use to work here. The food was awesome back in them days ????. I went by... there tonight, oh my, let me tell y'all. The chicken was so bland (ewwe) I didn't even want to eat it. Even though I spent 12dollars, I didn't get my pepper for my Texas meal. ???? Sad!! The fries were good and hot, the chicken was too. Even the honeymustard is different and they want to charge extra for it. There was no seasoning and they put my chicken meal in a bag! Wow!This place has went wayyyyy down. I wasn't going all the way back there for a pepper. I will not be visiting church's forawhile. I was able to throw it up and drink some water. They did get the speaker working at the drive thru????. Twice we ordered ahead and arrived 10 mins later and the food still wasn't ready. Sit in the "to go" parking AND called! No... pickup only to have the manager say they don't know why I'm sitting in the to go. Explained the whole reason for ordering aheadand waiting in the "to go" parking only to have no one pickup the phone to bring the food out. Horrible place Read more
Placed an online order and paid online. Order should be ready in 15 mins. Arrived in 15-20 mins and was told to wait in the... line wrapped around the building. Why offer the convenience of curbside you are not going to comply and bring it out tocurbside. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The phone number on the app is disconnected too. This is the worst restaurant I have ever tried to get food from! I went 3 different times thru the drive thru only to be told... they were closing early, this was between 4:30 and 5pm, and they were not serving anymore that day. Then, I placed an onlineorder and paid online but when I got to the restaurant,at 5:15 pm, a worker that had gotten into his car said they stoppedserving. I told him my order was online and he said I would have to call the next day for a refund. I called numerous times thenext 2 days and they won't answer the phone. If the corporate owner reads this, please, if you are not going to serve thecustomers, CLOSE THE STORE! I am still waiting on my refund and will report to the BBB if this is no handled soon.
