Was looking for somewhere new to try and found them online so we decided we would give them a try. The old house turned into a ... burger place has great charm and a nice feel. There were 6 of us for lunch and there was plenty to choose from even for the 2 ofus that are low carb. Staff was friendly and made sure we had no questions or that we needed anything. This place is so good! Burgers are delicious, smash-style burgers (mashed flat with crispy, flavorful edges) and the owners are... delightful. Chili is made from scratch and has a great smoky flavor! The wife is Russian and makes some delectable desserts -don?t skip on this part! ???? The only negative experience I?ve ever had was when the tea tasted ?off? once (I?m considered a?super-taster? and typically taste flavors/oddities that many others don?t). I let them know and the owner (husband) promptlyremoved the urn, dumped it and had them remake the tea, even though he didn?t taste anything wrong with it. My husband jokesthat I should never order tea from anywhere. Side note: I smelled and tasted something off with our water while we lived inInman. Husband and daughter said I was crazy. It got worse and worse until, many months later, we received a letter from thewater company talking about some overabundance of a certain microbe (or something along those lines) that causes a smell, butwasn?t harmful to ingest. Yeah?I smelled and tasted it long before my family did and long before that letter came in the mail??????????? Perfect place! It was my first time here with my friends and I really enjoyed it! The second time I brought my family to... celebrate Mother's Day: it was a great time, we did not wait in line, we were advised good dishes. I especially liked that therestaurant had delicious desserts and hot tea! It's usually hard to find a place where you can order a good lunch and a gooddessert together! I love these burgers!!! Bring a good appetite because they are huge! AND you can get them in a gluten free bun as well! And many... other things. Did I mention the really tasty cakes??? No? Man I tell you they are soooo yummy! They are made there in the houseand you will not regret getting more then one! ???? It is just hard to make a decision. Oh and if you like a coffee or latte ortee with your cake go just a couple of steps down to the Hidden Bean and get one there! How convenient is that? Just check bothplaces out.
