I got two meals today, one with an iced mocha. I tasted the mocha while I was still waiting for the food and it tasted very very... watered down. So I mentioned it when they gave me the food, and eventually they asked me if I wanted a different drink becauseif they remade it it would just be exactly the same. So I just said nevermind and kept it even though it was very mediocre. Idon't think they believed me that it wasn't right. I know what they are supposed to taste like. I wasn't terribly upset about itbut it was a waste of money, and then as we started to pull away, one of the girls said, "Why would they come here for coffeeanyway?" What kind of question is that? It's a menu item and I wanted it with my food! I normally like them! Also the fries hadno salt and didn't seem fresh. Wouldn't go back. Read more

The staff was semi rude, not directly toward me but while I was ordering (drive thru) I heard some lady keep repeating "oh my... god" each time I asked about or ordered something; which I did have a big order but still that's quite unprofessional in myopinion. It could have just been a coincidence but it lined up so idk, honestly as long as my order is right & they aren't rudeto my face or spitting on my food, we good, no big deal. Shockingly to me everything I ordered was there & correct, don't thinkthis has ever happened to me before at any Burger King, so good job with that! Got a $6 meal. Had to wait 10 minutes just to order. Asked if there was mayo or mustard on the burger. Person on the speaker... says, "no there's just ketchup and mustard." Uhhhh? Their attitude was rude and kept saying "yeah, anything else?" aftereverything we said. Then finally when we get to the window bc they never asked what sauce I wanted for the chicken I asked forsweet and sour. They charged me for sauce that comes with the meal without asking 1st. I live 5 minutes away and when I get homefries had no salt are cold. Chicken fries are gummy and cold, definitely old. Had to reheated entire meal. Management needs tobe replaced. Read more

They took my order in drive thru, read it back incorrectly and never corrected it, told me my order was $28.30 for 2 #3 meals... w/milkshakes to drink and 2 orders of nuggets, they put my card in the card reader and walked away to talk to someone in thedining room. The crew member came over and saw that my card was left in too long, then the older woman who originally took mycard tried to blame the younger woman for cashing out the order. Older woman tried to run card again and it was denied. By thispoint I am frustrated at the poor customer service I told the woman to cancel the order, she gave me my card back but did notoffer to void transaction. The older woman seemed like she was high, like she had been smoking Marijuana on her break. Read more
My experience at the burger king drive thru was alright nothing special. From time to time I'll end up getting a employee who... makes my day and makes me smile however there are times when I get an employee who seems grumpy and I can tell their having abad day. Food was good and the wait wasn't long however sometimes burger king has a line around the building. So I give it a 4out of 5! Thank you! Read more
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Was going to eat it, but a young lady (patron) was hacking her head off, so I took it to... go. I was greeted with a "hey sweetie, I can I help you?" --- and to be honest --- I'm not a big fan of being greeted with thisterm of endearment. I'm pretty old school. Let's keep it simple and straightforward --- and let's avoid the terms ofendearment. Other than that --- I believe this BK is one that has recently been renovated because it looked new and was wellkept. It has a new freestyle drink dispenser --- very nice. Service was good --- could have been faster (inside) but I amassuming it was a bit slower due to the drive-thru. The food was good, fresh, and hot! I thoroughly enjoyed mymeal. All-in-all this is a very good BK. Don't pay too much attention to my eccentricities (preferences) --- I just try topaint you a picture of my entire experience. Read more
