Went last week and had to wait 40min for chicken and they started fixing orders that came in after me. Went this morning and... tried to order a sweet potato pie at the window and the manager said we don't take orders at the window. I could hear in hervoice at the window she had an attitude, which see should have stayed at home. Nothing wrong with having teenagers work but theyhave the wrong ones working at this Bojangles. This place is absolutely terrible, lady at the drive through was rude from the beginning, and the speakers outside are trash. We... asked for ranch multiple times and the gave bbq, the full the cups all the way up with ice, and they forgot one of our sides.The food was packaged horribly, one of the boxes wasn?t even closed, and there was gravy everywhere. Worst experience I have had ever. I ordered my usual from here and a extra side of Bo Rounds. They gave me my biscuit with bo... rounds but did not give me my fries. They gave me a tea instead of cheerwine. The manager than mouths off to me about trying toget free food and I must pay more. I did but they continued to give me attitude. I go here once or twice a week and because oftoday, I will never go back to that bojangles. I will not be disrespected when I am a regular there. The food is always decentbut after today, it is not worth it. I have worked in the food industry and that was just uncalled for. I know it is a stressfultime, but always treat customers well. Good food, if you can get service! They advertise opening at 6 a.m., but at 6:10 a.m. today ... STILL NOT OPEN. Drove around to... the window. Gal says they are not ready to open & I need to come back in 10-15 minutes. I noted the lights were on, plenty ofstaff & they advertised a 6 am opening. She gave me attitude. Surely, Bojangles can find employees who carry-out company hours &actually give customer service. Hardee's got my business -- all $30 worth! Can't say I'll be going back for ANY meal, ANY timesoon! I usually have a good experience here but this time wasn?t the case. We ordered at the window and clearly stated we wanted a... breast and leg with our combo and a large Mountain Dew no ice, even repeated it, but once we got to the window they proceeded togive us a medium drink and Breast and wing.. not a big deal it was fixed tho the person at the window did have a slight attitudeand tried to tell us we didn?t order that when we did. And to top it off I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal and the chickenstrips weren?t even strips, more like nuggets and the fries were hard like they were off the bottom of the pan and slightly old.I mean if your running low on chicken please tell us instead of giving us these kinds of portions. The pie that we received wasalso hard like it had been sitting there for a while or cooked too long. If I had known I wouldn?t have ordered at all?.just apoor experience all around and makes me not want to go back. Read more
