Went through drive thru, bought an 8 piece family meal. The box is pretty neat! The tea was great! The food was tasteful but... was unfortunately hard, the fries weren't fresh definitely had to been sitting out for awhile. The chicken was extra crunchy &tough. The Mac n cheese was great! The drive thru had no cars, so it was pretty fast service. The staff was very efficient, &friendly. Read more
The first time that I can remember ever having a bad experience at this restaurant. Took forever to get the food and when I got... it my steak biscuit was horrible. I have no idea why I go to this location this isn't the first time I've had problems with this Bojangles they've tried to keep... my card on more than one occasion which is crazy they don't give you a receipt when you ask for one when requested just toldit's in the bag and I didn't even get my Bo rounds. I literally had to ask for my debit card which wasn't professional and likeI said I requested my a receipt which I was promptly told that it was in the bag which was not. This location is also slow and Ihad to listen to a conversation between the employees which had more than the occasional cuss word at plus it was about cussingthank you! So if I could give this review less than one star I would give it a zero possibly a 5-! Plus mentioning that they tryto keep you're card, I had to go back and get my debit card once because they did keep it which was unprofessional all the wayaround! Read more
This was the most unprofessional establishment I have ever experienced. The use of profanity in inappropriate conversations, the... lack of professionalism, employees all walking outside taking a break together (including management) while customers were inthe dining area and at the drive thru... it was shocking. The dining area wasn't clean. We didn't use the restrooms. The foodwas good. We didn't have any issues with our order. But the experience from witnessing such deplorable behavior from the entirestaff was unsettling. Read more

The Bo chicken sandwich was kinda dry! First time tasting it. After first bite it needed more mayonnaise and pickles! So if you... don't get any extras wait till you get home to dress properly. If you want to choke go ahead! Read more
Ordered and was charged for 2 sausage and EGG biscuits, but was given sausage biscuits with no egg. The drive thru line was... short but was very slow, so it wasn?t feasible to go back and wait in line to try to get this fixed. Instead of the 5 employeesstanding around the drive thru window gossiping, they should work to make orders correctly. Read more
