I genuinely don't think I've ever received such appallingly bad service in my entire life. Waited in the drive thru for over 30... minutes. The person who took my order was rude and beyond curt. The person at the window literally did not say one word to me.They left their headset on inside so every word spoken between staff could be heard at the box. Got here right before 9pm they close at 10 I wanted to order the 20pc family meal and was told it would take 25 Mins by the gorl... on the drive thur. OK cool with that but then she told me to hold on Apparently the manager didn't want to make the order causeshe came back and said the manager said they didn't have enough chicken to make my order. I went through the drive thru and the worker asked to take my order, I told her hold on a moment, then once I decided I made my... order. She didn?t respond. I waited a few more moments then blew my horn- to this the worker responded disrespectfully saying?you know what you need to just wait because I?m the only one in here? I decided I didn?t want to eat here anymore and when Idrove around the building to look in the store no one else was in line, and then drive thru worker was standing having aconversation with one of the cooks. Placed an online order at 3 to be picked up an hour later at 4. Get to the drive through at 4 and was told that they couldn't... take anymore orders. I informed them that I placed an online order an hour ago and need to pick it up. They proceeded to tell meI didn't and that my order just came through. My confirmation email clearly indicated I did. I was told that they had justdropped chicken and I would have to wait. If I had the time for that, I wouldn't have bothered with the online order. Told themto cancel my order and won't be going back. Update: of course they didn't cancel order. Had to dispute charge with my cc andgot refund that way. Wrote corporate and never received a response either. Bojangles sucks from the top down. Read more
Was as expected. I got a sausage ,egg and cheese biscuit and mashed potatoes with white gravy. Some of the biscuit was a bit old... and hard and has been my experience here before. The mashed potatoes and white gravy were very good on taste but, thetemperature was cool. Would have been better warm. But it is fast food so, what could I expect? Read more
Yuck - putting a piece of paper on top of this tray didn't change the fact that this tray was DIRTY. Very unappetizing. And... makes you wonder what else is dirty in this restaurant. Read more
For a sunday morning when your bound to get a rush you probably shouldnt start an entire staff that day. I waited 29 minutes for... my order to be wrong and to be scoffed at. The lady at the register was calling people stupid/slow for ?not ordering right? evenwrote a sign of ?how we should order? then proceeded not to listen when we did order right. The sign consisted of questions iknow youre trained to ask when taking an order and as a manager of a fast food joint myself i know this was unacceptable. Therewere customers that left because the lady went and had a conversation with another lady about takibg a break in the middle of arush. No food was prepped. And 20 minutes after part of my order was made i hear ?how do you cook ham on the grill? from theback. Unacceptable. Train these poor people so this doesnt happen again. There should be more than one lady that knows whatsgoing on, running around (literally running) trying to hold the store up. Read more
