Went to the drive thru. The girl running it was extremely rude and unprofessional. Had to wait for a very long time for her to... even take my order and nobody was in front of me. When she gave me my change she dumped most of it on the ground. I had to saysomething to her about. So she just gave me some more change. It was still short what she owed me. She never said a word. Requested the cheaper swiss INSTEAD of the big eye swiss. They charged me to add swiss. When questioned as to why I was... charged the response was a shoulder shrug and "I dont know its just what the computer does." The receipt on the bag showed I wascharged to ADD cheese. So in essence the computer did what it was told. I cant wait until ordering systems are automated. Asidefrom that, when I examined my sandwich to confirm that cheese hadnt been added and was substituted I found that not only was Iover charged but was also shorted on the bacon.(see pic) There is way too much competition in that area for this kind ofbehavior.
