So tonight's drive thru experience blew my mind...whoever was working the window at around 7pm (11/3) was amazing...she was... super polite, friendly, thorough, professional, efficient, etc. She should be the 'model' for all drive thru employees. And totop it all of, my rather large order was handed to me in less than five minutes...wow!!!! Kudos for a superbexperience...something you don't say much when you go though a drive thru. Read more

If you eat here and pay with a bank card you better keep check on it. They charged me 11 times for the same meal and only reason... it stopped was I started a claim with the bank. Read more

Went to Pine Street Spartanburg ordered 3 combos 1 single sandwich and sliders. They shorted us 1 sandwich and when we told them... we were informed that the manager did our order, if we wanted another she would give us one. My husband said I only want what Ipaid for. Arby's is my go to for a French dip sub but, this particular Arby's is awful everytime I go. The broth based dip part of the sub... was way watered down to the point that it was like dipping my sub in warm water. Since I have eaten these from other Arby's overthe years, I knew this was not right. The curly fries were old and cold. To top it off, they were out of my favorite drink.
