The worst experience ever. Family of 6 The young lady that took our drink order CLEARLY didn't want to work... Took her 10... minutes to come with the drinks. We put appetizers or in and took her another 15 minutes to comeback and take or dinner order...(after tell her what appetizers we wanted she did not ask if we wanted to put our dinner order in) appetizers came with noplates.... Had to ask another waitress for them, we did not receive utensils until 5 minutes after they gave a 2 year old aplate that was hot enough to burn him... which it did... He is now crying from burn and the fact that he can't eat the food infront of him.... Read more
Horrible from the time we made to the door. Manager/host sitting down obviously miserable to be working. Get seated at the... nastiest booth. Hot as heck in there. Our waitress ANGEL waited in the kitchen when she had no other tables for almost 20 minswhile we waited to be acknowledged. Really went downhill. Get sober help Read more
We were greeted and sat and the waitress at the table right in front of us ,made eye contact never spoke to let us know she... would be right with us. Several employees walked by never ask if we needed anything or if we wanted something to drink. Sat forten minutes and then left since no one could say one word to us. The Applebee's I remember was a cheerful atmosphere but thisApplebee's is sad and depressing. Hope they change the atmosphere and the attention to their customers. Read more
This has to be the best applebees I've been to. The service was good, the server came out with our food fairly quick and he was... very respectful. I wish restaurants would have more employees like him. I would definitely recommend this one over any of theother ones in the area. The area and location is nice too, it's super convenient as well, i can't wait to go back and see howthe staffing and establishment is maintained. Read more

seated immediately it was close to 5 pm and it was slow. Waitress was quick to take our drink orders, and appetizer... order. Boyfriend ordered a drink from the bar and it sat on the bar for over 10 minutes before the waitress got it. Again theywere SLOW maybe 20 people if that in the restaurant. We ordered our meals. My tea glass sat empty for about 20 plus minutesbefore I was offered anything else. They weren?t busy at all and yet our food came out staggered. Part of my boyfriends mealcame out a few minutes late the rest came out. And I sat and waited probably about 15 minutes for my meal. The managers excuseis ?she?s our only waitress ? and I pointed out to her they aren?t even busy. So what?s the excuse for poor customer service andby not being busy why weren?t we served our meal at the same time. We didn?t even get to eat together. We watched each othereat. Sad. And you work in a restaurant, it?s dinner time and you have one waitress? Yeah no that?s not how you operate dinnertime. Won?t be back. Wasn?t impressed. And honestly my food wasn?t even that good.
