I use the app to order online at this Sparta location. These people are wonderful. I've had a great experience ordering what I... wanted and getting exactly what I ordered plus extra with the delivery driver being so courteous and polite. I recommend theSparta Pizza Hut to anyone who loves a good pizza!! Read more

I booked the party room for my 2 kids birthdays. My kids were turning 1 and 2. My party had about 25 guests. The room was... FILTHY. I had to ask for tables to wiped off and the floors to be cleaned from food and trash. There were visible handprints onall glass surfaces, the door handles were sticky as were the chairs. I have now tried to contact both the store manager sandyand the corporate offices on 3 separate occasions with no answer from the store and the corporate office told me they weren'teven over that store and that the store is a franchise. An employee and assistant manager of the store (who couldn't help me)told me they are not a franchised store. This whole experience has been a complete mess. As a manager, I would be incrediblyembarrassed to have my store looking like that and for the underwhelming concern with customer care. I won't be a returningcustomer. Read more

Pizza hut getting trouble now. Every time I order the a pizza on line. They call and said they can't do it. One time they call... me and told me no one show up for. And this time they call me and said they're driver didn't come in. What is going on overthere if it that must trouble then why are y'all open. Seem to me pizza hut has went down hill. Right now I just want to get myreward points and then I'm done with pizza seem like you need to find better workers. For the price I pay online you should doyour job. And get pizza out to people. Mom and I ordered ham and cheese sandwich with fries. Moms sandwich only had 2 very thin pieces of ham and mine had no ham and... no cheese. When I said something to the cashier she became rude and nasty to me. Her name is Aleeyah I ask for the manager andhe was just as bad. stood with his arms folded and never apologied. Never tried to fix the issue. When I said to him this iswhy I haven't ate here in over 20 years he laughed and said good. We stood for about 5-6 minutes waiting... for a table and we finally asked for one she was so snarked up about it. There was a sign that said ?it would be our pleasure toseat you? .And then we had stand and wait for to wipe the table off. When the food came out my grannies sandwich had absolutelyno meat on it.
