Complete ineptitude. YOU ARE A CHICKEN RESTAURANT AND YOU HAVE NO CHICKEN MADE??? At 640pm on a Sunday with no cars in the... parking lot. We waited 15min in the drivethru with 4 cars ahead to get to the window. Which is where they said "we have nocrispy or original chicken, only grilled." What?? "We can give you a couple of extra pieces." No. We ordered fried chicken..atKentucky FRIED CHICKEN. You took our order and never said a word. It'll be 25 minutes before we can get some cooked. So what youare saying is you were standing in there not cooking the main product your restaurant sells. Great . We worked all day and weretired. We could have been halfway home for all the time we waited, for nothing. And we still have to get some supper. Goodgrief. Hire some competent managers. Read more
*BUFFET* The best part of the menu. The items on the buffet all seemed fresh, with the exception of the livers. The Cole slaw is... some of the best you can get, as is the bread pudding (cobblers wasn't any good). I do think they should offer some bonelesschicken on the buffet, maybe some tenders. Read more
We tried the buffet they offered. The chicken was not included with the buffet price and you had to pay per piece for what you... wanted. My wife and I ended up getting sick from the food we ate there. We would not reccomend at all. Try at your own risk. Read more
