I went last year it was great. I went a week ago and it was the worst. If I was the owner I would have fired everyone there that... day and if I was a health inspector I would have shut them down on the spot. And the 1young man (the cook) was cussing andthrowing stuff and slamming the cooler doors because a lady in the drive thru ordered 16 cheese burgers and fries he screamed atthe girl taking the order, ask that wh. how many d. kids does she have that she needs 16 meals. I looked at all of them and saidI will be telling corporate about everything and I turned around to walked out . I would give zero stars but at least theoutside was clean even the dumpster was cleaner than the inside of the restaurant the floor was so sticky and food was all overthe floor my shoes stuck to the floor as soon as I walked 2 feet inside. We had breakfast at this location on 9/17/2022, yummy as always. But we witnessed this young man being so courteous at the... register. He spoke to everyone so nice and with a smile. He helped this older gentleman walking with a cane carry hisbreakfast to his vehicle! This young man needs to be recognized for going above and beyond. Read more
I went thru the drive thru window and requested two coffees with 5 creams each. The woman rudely said do you want a bottle of... milk too? Then as I got home with my order and started to drink my coffee? both were black with no cups of cream in the bag. Not only was she rude she also did not give me my correct order 3 meals with drinks? two were the same the third was simple. Iknow occasionally everyone has a bad day..but it is not necessary to pass on your sour disposition to your paying customers! Read more
Boy were they busy at 10am on a Saturday!! The car line was around the building and the line inside was wrapped thru the dining... room. One cashier. So our wait was very long but the food was good. We got sausage instead of bacon. They fixed it quickly. Iguess they are shirt handed like everyone else so I can't blame them. Read more
It's a Hardee's, I'm rating it based on just that and not against other kinds of food. I've always found the service fast and... friendly and the food hot and as ordered. When it's busy there can be a wait but I usually go during less busy times so I can'treally speak to that. I know during breakfast there can be a drive thru line out to the street. Read more
