Some of the workers were really loud and it took a good 5 to 8 mins for someone at the front counter to take my order for a... simple small shake. The food is always hot so can't complain about that. Read more
THEY didn't remember our order...had to show receipt if what we ordered. Did finally get it right. I think 2 lanes confuses them... when ordering. They did fine after that! Love the basket of fries! Not all McDs offer that. Read more
Went through the drive through and order 2 PLAIN double cheeseburgers with Extra cheese! And she even said it back to us. Leave... and they are not plain with no extra cheese. Called and the lady was very rude and pretty much said the receipt says other wiseso we are incorrect! This happens every time we come here. We went through the drive through ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese. Both burgers were dried out and hard, the cheese... wasn't even melted, it was cold. I called to complain and was told to come back and get another one. Most people who go throughthe drive through is on their way somewhere and don't have time to come back to get food replaced that shouldn't have been sentout in the first place.
