I didn't catch his name but the male behind the counter was very friendly and polite. He took our order told us it would be... about 20-25 minutes I said no problem that's fine. I hate leaving a bad review, but I just can't ignore the manager/owner repeatedly ignoring my simple customer service inquiries.... In an order placed on Tuesday, multiple food items were omitted/left out of my take-out order. After two calls to the store,when I simply asked to be refunded for the food I did not receive, I received neither a partial refund nor a call back.Hopefully a different Wingstop location will be more responsive. Honestly, I use to love wingstop but.... something has changed in the last year and it is affecting their food. This is a great place to grab good quickly. The selection is good and it's always busy. However I cannot say one time have I... ever picked up my order to find my food hot. It is very frustrating to end up with cold soggy fries. Read more
