Food is okay. This is the average Wendy's. They always forget an item or two, and rarely give any napkins/straws/spoons.

I was pretty intoxicated after a concert and needed some food before bedtime. Wendy's was near the lot where we were... car-camping and they've got that delicious burger with bacon on it. We went through the drive-thru and the cashier was verypleasant. Food was delicious! Read more

Wendy's is as always, good as long as you are expecting Wendy's. Tasty fast food loaded with all the thing you like: salt,... sugar, and fat. Assume that they will mess up your order in some very small way. Friendly staff and great drink options are alsoa plus! Read more

One thing about this location is the consistency. It's consistently busy, consistently slow/non friendly service and... consistently poor quality food. I stopped going to this location years ago. My family wanted Wendy's and talked me into goinghere for them. We ordered over the counter and take out. Got home. Had hardened/dry bread on the dried patties they call burgersalong with limp cold fries. I live within 2 blocks of this location. So a long drive home is not the issue...The dog had a feastwith the food we refused to eat. Won't be back again anytime soon... Read more

Got scammed; Don?t go here. They flipped a cup into my large chocolate frosty, why? I don?t know? I?m assuming they didn?t have... enough to make a large but I could?ve gone for a small and not paid for a large I would have been perfectly fine with that butno instead I got scammed. I called the store and no answer. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere but here! Read more

I do not normally do these type of reviews due to the struggle businesses are having keeping employees. This was another level... rude. I was there for two orders that came in. Those orders were sent to Wendy?s at around 11:28pm. They accepted those ordersand were paid for. I arrived at 12:00am. There was a sign on the speaker written in a pen that I could not read due to thehandwriting being so very bad and it read ?Closed 12am due to low employees.? The manager Immediately started consistentlyrepeating herself ?We are closed? even as I?m trying to talk. I raised my voice as I pleaded with her to please just answer acouple questions for me. Common decency is to hear someone out and answer the questions, it?s honestly Customer Service 101. Fora manager who refused to give her name to act in that behavior is reprehensible!! Give name with pride, Manager Elementary 101.After the 80th ?We are closed? refusing to let me get a word in I drove off. I drove around the entire location and saw twoemployees. The entire place was lit up and looked open. I also saw the drive through girl without her mask mowing down a bigole burger as she handled the drawer. ???? YUCKY ????. Not to mention that was probably all my food ordered earlier. A trickused by fast food employees and do often in order to justify taking ?Left over food? home to family and friends. I workedseventeen years in Asset Protection and this is Franchise Food Owner 101. So a piece of advice for you franchise owners. Dorandom audits on your establishments. Identify your areas of improvement, immediate assistance, then ACT. Then address thesituations and correct the situation. Finally follow up and watch your customer service satisfaction scores sore as long as youhold strong on to good standards.
