Great most of the time. Lot of staff turn over so new staff can mess up. Other then that love the food and drink.

My wife and I went here for the first time because we wantes to try something other than starbucks. The drinks were good but... super sweet and sadly VERY overpriced. Two drinks came out to over $16. One medium and one large. Sadly we will not bereturning. Read more

Their coffee always tastes great and they try to personalize it as best to your tastes as they can, and their prices are... amazing! Excellent customer service! Very friendly staff! I've just converted from StarB to the Human Bean! I have found mynew favorite coffee shop. Love it! ???? Read more

Not a fan of buying coffee publicly but this place has changed my mind. Quick & courteous service combined with great coffee... drinks makes stopping by worth it. I enjoyed the Carmel Mocha & daughter had the vanilla. Hot and tasty with full flavor warmedus up. They will get my repeat business. Read more

I usually love Human Bean. I usually support it when ever I can and am always suggesting it. However today me and my family are... largely disappointed. I ordered extra shots of espresso in 3 different drinks and paid for it, without reviving it. I wascharged for extra caramel drizzle in the cup for 3 different drinks and didn't get it in one. Even the shake had the wrong milkin it. That's 4 drinks and none done right. I understand that this morning they were busy, so I was happy wait however longneeded to get my drinks that we were looking forward to. Now I'm not even sure we're going to finish the drinks, and am upset Ieven spent the money. I hope as the employees train more it gets better. But until then I'm going to have to go without. Read more
