Is it a Nevada thing that all the fast food restaurants claim they're open but they're lobbies closed at 8 PM? And then I can't... even read the sign at the drive-through because the print is too tiny and far away! No line and no one in front of the drive thru lane and I waited for over 5 min to get help then when I pulled up they were... goofing around inside. The food was not fresh and the sour cream had gone bad. Safe to say that we're no longer going to thislocation. Read more
Jerks, ordered on my app to pick up inside. Doors locked. Drive thru open. Rode bike through drive thru. They said I couldn't be... there. Came around to the door. Employee handed me someone's credit card. Told him it wasn't mine. I explained I wanted to pickup an online order. After 15 minutes of them trying to blame me, they said they gave it to someone else . So he wanted to see myreceipt. Showed him. Waited another 15 minutes and quite a few f-bombs out of the kitchen I walked out. Tried to get a refund byusing a CS link on website. No luck yet. I'd say you should sell your Taco Bell stock. Clean and the employees were very nice. Taco Bell isn't a cheap place to eat any longer. They do not have Wifi available for... their customers. I mainly came here to wait for Discount Tires to finish rotating my tires. I wanted to try their nacho fries. Chips are better in my opinion. Read more
Nice people. Order incorrect. Called when I arrived home. No answer. All tacos shoved in a big bag instead of boxed as usual.
