I think the worker here may have been new, or just very tired? I was here around 6 p.m. on 9/16/22. I didn?t ask for his name,... and he didn?t have a badge. I was sitting at the drive thru for a few minutes to no answer, so I went ahead and walked in. Itseemed that the driver ahead of me made the same decision. I assumed the restaurant was very busy, but there was only one othercustomer when I walked in. The employee there was moving rather slow. He acted like I had three heads when I asked for a choppedsalad and described how they?ve made it before plenty of times at other locations. He told me this was not possible. NormallyI?m not the kind of person to complain, but I really don?t think Subway should be leaving new employees alone to operate thestore. I can do without a chopped salad, but you?re putting your employees at a disadvantage if you?re leaving a person whodoesn?t know what they?re doing to run the place alone. Read more
Bad service. I went through the drive through for two sandwiches, both were supposed to be toasted and weren't. They also did... not put on any of the sauce that COMES WITH THE SANDWICH on my sub. Super slow service, I would not recommend this location. Read more
The worker kind of acted like we were showing up too close to closing time but it wasn't 5pm yet it was closer to 4:45pm and... that's just about dinner time so I'm not sure about that. But the food was great and the person working did provide greatcustomer service when the gift card we had was not working with their register. So all in all it was an okay experience. Read more
Would have been more but the last 3 times I've gone there the owner(??) An old man has been rude, monosyllabic and rough handled... the sandwiches after or during wrapping, its like he is squeezing/smashing them out of frustration. I will not be going back.The 2 stars are for the woman who started making my sandwich. She was super cool and polite. Read more
This Subway location is the best of all Subways in the Sparks and Sun Valley Areas. The shop is immaculately clean. The food is... always fresh. This location honors most or all Subway National promotional offers, such as Bogo's or % off. Some stores inSparks won't honor those offers. I always deal with one man there, as I always seem to order during his shift. He makesexcellent sandwiches. I pre-order online with many customizations on 4-5 persons orders. He has never missed any change I'veasked for. Every sandwich is made exactly as ordered. My orders are always ready on time. I haven't ever had to wait. I feellike it's my own personal Subway store. Tastes amazing, while a little messy today, it was great! The website was interesting as the default sandwich?s didn?t come... with Mayo/mustard or oil and vinegar or cheese, a diversion from what I would call subways default sandwich. It took me a fewminutes to get accustomed to the build pattern but it was user friendly enough. The store was busy and under staffed but theassociate was nice and personable. Read more
