Not sure what has changed in the last few weeks with your frappuccino drinks but they no longer tast as good as they have in the... past they seem more like more ice and milk and less flavor that people order I enjoy the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino butit no longer look like the picture in your menu and seams that you have truly cut back on how they are to be made anymore andfor the price I will be making mine home made from now on Good luck with your new change I am sure people will stop when theysee the same as I have for the cost ! Well I thought when you asked for extra Caramel sauce and extra whip cream plus 2 shots of Expresso that's what you get... especially after you paid $10 for the extras, but I guess not! You pay for it but you don't get it! This isn't the first timeeither It's happened about 7 times now and I'm getting tired of having to go back to the store and having them fix it it'sridiculous I don't understand it!!! Read more
Not from this area but would definitely recommend. I had quite a large order (drinks + food for 4 people) & ordered via the app.... Customer service was great and they got my entire order correct. The drinks were made correctly as well as the food. I'ddefinitely return to this starbucks location, if in the area. One of the better ones that I've been to & I've been to quite alot. Love the coffee and snack/food selection. However I was bummed when I purchased a brand new cup and was charged for cup AND the... drink. I thought the drink was free is you purchase a cup. Gal at drive thru didn't really wanna show me the cups but I wasn'tbudging. I was already in drive thru and wasn't going inside when it could and was taken care of in drive thru I am howevershocked I didn't get the free drink woth purchase of cup. I have receipt as well. Wonder what happened to this perk. Might haveto find a new coffee place now. Read more
