Staff, drinks and food are good. But why on earth would you have a speed bump in your drivethru? Right after I order I have to... drive over a speed bump. This is absolutely ridiculous never in my life have I gone through a drive thru and had to driver overa speed bump. Read more

Staff are all very friendly, but that doesn't make up for my order consistently being forgotten and/or slow to be ready. I've... received 8 of these "$4 Service Recovery" cards this year alone, and only 2 of them were during a legitimate rush of business.All other 6 times I had to remind the staff about my order after waiting 10-15 minutes; each time the drive-thru and in-storewere not busy. Today, I was the only one waiting for my order aside from the 1 in-store and 1-2 online orders that kept comingout - the employees were just talking amongst themselves and casually doing tasks in the store. Again, friendly service isgreat, but I'd rather have quick/rude service than super slow/friendly service. Especially when I have only 10-minute breaks toorder and enjoy my food/drinks. Read more
