When I got up to the window the whole drive through staff was mocking how I sound over their headsets. They were repeating my... order over and over in an exaggerated tone and laughing about it. 10 STARS! These kids were slammed and did a great job of keeping the mobile, drive thru and walk in orders moving. There were a... few hiccups but they did a spectacular job. Read more

The worst Starbucks literally in Reno/sparks never have I ever had a right order just so over the cast of the high school... musical they call service there durning after school hours. Just a complete disappointment every time gave them they more thana handful of times to change my mind and this is literally the first review I have ever done on anything should tell you theservice you get there! It makes me sad when I make it clear that I don't want to pay for your ice and it's still forced upon me. Y'all are creating... some trust issues. What's next, ice cold food when I ask for it be warmed. Jk, but seriously come on. Read more

Ordered two iced coffees, took 30 mins! Daniel was very rude when I asked him about my order after waiting 20 mins. He didn?t... even attempt to make things right or seem to care one bit! And on top of all this, the coffee was horrible! STAY AWAY from thisStarbucks! Slow and disrespectful! Read more

Usually really good and fast. But the last few times I have been disappointed. Placed a mobile order last week and drink was... not ready when I got there. Stood there for a bit and still not ready. Asked if they were getting it ready and they stated ohsorry our mobile order labels ran out so we haven't gotten any. Why didn't you tell me that when I first walked in to themobile pickup line instead of making me wait and ultimately be late to work? They should always keep an eye on those labels. Then today I go and order a Venti Peppermint White Mocha through the drive through. As I was driving away I thought this feelsawful light and boy was it! Cup only about 3/4 full. I didn't pay almost 6 bucks for a venti to get a Grande in a Venti cup. Here is a picture and I had not taken any drink from it. They are usually really great here, and very friendly. But I am justasking, as a regular customer that spends a lot of money on coffee, please pay attention to things. Make sure the labels arefull and please fill the cup. So disappointed. Read more
