Placed an order online. Got into the drive-through. Pulled up to the window my order was perfect. Some of the Starbucks... employees have great customer service skills. They recommend wonderful new drinks to try and introduce you to fabulous flavorslike mango and coconut milk... Read more
Came in and sat down to pick up an online order near the pick up counter. Not very busy. Not 1 of the 4 employees greeted me or... asked if I had a mobile order since I did not get in line to order something. After some time, I noticed a drink was put behindthe counter to the side, nothing said. After several minutes past my pick up time I walked up to the counter. Again, nobodyreally excited about their job and I had to ask if my order was ready. They asked if it was an online order?!? Really? I said Ihad been there for a bit. The excuse given was ?we don?t call out online orders...? that?s a new one for me, but then I?musually greeted when I enter a Starbucks. I ordered my usual drink with 2 additional espresso shots, however this drink did not?wake me up? for my 2 hour drive :/ Read more
If you order got food, it's always cold in the middle. They also don't make their coffee as good as other Starbucks locations
