Ordered two drinks one being the chocolate crème cold brew and the other a mocha cookie crumble frap. The mocha cookie crumble... by the time I received it was pure liquid there was no frap about it also it barely had any whipped cream on it which was a bitdisappointing. I usually leave only GREAT reviews but I was so appalled at the service of this location. I've been to many starbucks up & down... the West Coast, but this was thw worst. After waiting ages in the drive-through they gave us the wrong drink. We went back thru& they demanded (not to be mistaken with asked) we give them the incorrect drink back before they would give us our new one &made us feel like thieves. For all they know, we may have passed them Covid back thru their window. The day prior we waited 30mins in the drive-through. So long in fact that they had to change shifts & no one working there could remember what the lastdrink was we were waiting for.. Today for the first time was the worst service I have gotten. Ladies behind the counter made both my drinks wrong. Wouldn?t... recommend coming at this time or during these peoples shifts. Time came in was 4:30. Read more

I was there today 17 May 2022 around 7am got in the store nobody said anything not a hi hello or good morning. I stood at the... counter for a good 2 minutes nobody said anything. There are at least 4 people there. I will never go to this Starbucks everagain. These employees acted like I wasn?t there and it?s not a good feeling. I have been going to Starbucks for years and thisby far the worst experience. If I can give no star I will because these employees don?t deserve it. Read more
I?ve always had pretty awesome service at this location. Today, Thomas (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was extra nice and... helpful. There was a tiny line behind me and he greeted me and every customer so cheerily and friendly. I really appreciated hisfriendliness! Read more
Morning crew is super nice and helpful. Only problem is if you don't ask they typically don't stir the coffee (if you get a... coffee with sugar). The coffee is not even drinkable without a stir to mix the sugar. Must be a starbucks thing because I see ithappening at others as well Read more
Staff is always great reason I left 1 star is because I asked for pour over coffee of a roast that says pour over available and... the guy wouldn't do it tried to convince me to just get it pre brewed so I didn't argue but I come here cuz I prefer pour overits bad service that they won't take the time to do it here of all places this ain't mcdonalds Read more
