Reviews for Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers in Sparks, NV
Asked for extra toast instead of coleslaw. I get one toast and an extra coleslaw. The chicken isn't fried enough. One of then... was raw in the center and cold. Fries were soggy. Dude this canes used to be the best. Now it's mediocre. Wouldn't recommendunless they change their night shift staff. Read more
Ordered online at 10:17 pm. Order was supposed to be ready at 10:32 pm. Went inside at 10:30 pm. No one was paying attention.... Everyone was busy cleaning up and other stuff but i saw a bag on the counter with drinks beside it. Thinking it was mine, i wentup and asked if my order was ready. The guy went to the back and came out telling me that it was still being prepared. Ok, iunderstand, drive thru was busy. A couple came in and did the same thing. Asked the manager if their online order is ready. Hewent to the back, came back and told them it was getting ready. 2 minutes later, they had their order and left. I asked someonewhat time it was (left my phone in the car thinking i'll just be in and out of there) and was told it was already 10:39pm. Iwent up again to ask if my order was ready. The manager then asked my name and was told my order is ready. Sure enough, it wasthe bag that's already been sitting there in the counter when i went in. I told him i was told my order was still being preparedand that i've been waiting there for awhile already. He then asked me if i wanted my order re fried. I told him yes please. Ontop of that, the drink i ordered is "flat" so if i wanted iced tea or lemonade. I finally got my order at 10:48 pm. I understandit was 1 1/2 hours before closing and drive thru was busy (took me 10 more minutes just to back out of my parking spot becauseof the cars blocking me lined up for drive thru) but there was a lot of crew members there. It was just they were busy doingclosing stuff than pay attention to the customers waiting inside. Read more
the food was good but literally no one answered in the drive thru. we waited for at least ten minutes by the speaker and then... finally pulled up to the first window to see if anyone was there and the guy said ?i guess no one would take your order.? so hetook our order and then at the next window they gave us the wrong food anyway. i guess this happens often by his response. therewere a ton of cars waiting behind us by that point too. Raising Cane's is always good. You get real pieces of chicken that are cooked well. The sauce that comes with the chicken is... also good. I also like their cole slaw. Read more
This was my first experience with Raising Cane's and I just thought it was ok. I like chik fila's chicken strips better and even... Popeyes has more flavor. The chicken fingers were a little dry and not a lot of flavor. The crinkle fries were good and thetoast was pretty good too. I didn't know the boxes came with a sauce so when I asked for sauce they charged me extra. The sauceis almost like a fry sauce (ketchup, mayo) mixed with seasonings like paprika and pepper. It wasn't bad but I would take otherchicken places over this one. Read more
Overall very nice and clean restaurant. As for the food, it's good but I wouldn't rate it as great. Their Texas toast is soggy... so there's that. And the only other thing is is that they hide the lemonade behind the counter and you have to choose either thelemonade or the fountain drink well. I like to make a half and half lemonade and tea and that's impossible so... Read more
I don't get it. I wanted so badly to like this place, but their chicken fingers aren't that good. The coleslaw is decent, the... toast is good and the fries were edible... the sauce is good. But the fingers had no flavor. Maybe it's just the location Ivisited.. I hope so. No offense to all you all who like this place. But they really need to season their chicken more. I've hadbetter grocery store chicken fingers. Sorry. Read more
Always good food. Surprisingly the line wasn't that long today.
