Horrible service, horrible attitudes and horrendous sub made by a kid that clearly never made a sub before in his life. The... bread on one side came completely apart and he just slapped stuff on top of it and barely rolled up the 2 subs my girls ordered.Got home and it was a mess, toppings had gone everywhere. Everything is going up in price these days but they charge way toomuch for the slop they?re selling. Also Idk if the old gal that was in there was the manager or another employee but she neversaid a word just lots of scoffs and mean mugs at me and the customer in line behind me. I went to this location and am very disappointed at their pricing. I ordered a 2 foot special #4 priced at $16.00 and somehow... paid $25.93 total for extra cheese and ham basically saying I paid an extra $10.00 for extras and tax. Plus the cheese wasadequate but the ham really wasn?t what other Port of Subs add for double meat. I won?t be going back to this location again.The service was fine but not excellent. I probably should of learned my lesson because this has happened at this locationbefore. The ham was so thinly sliced you could practically see through it and the cheese was the same as always. I?ve been going to this Port of Subs since it opened, at least 20 years. They used to always have older people working which was... nice; usually I give kids the BOTD, but it?s unfortunate that a lot of the time now the young kids that work there are not evenfriendly when I go in. Completely unwelcoming, as well as careless with the sandwich making. I NEEVVEEERRRR leave reviewsbecause I?ve worked in the industry & generally understand - but this has annoyed me for months now. Been coming here for years and I love there subs. Lately they have been under staff at this location. Since I've been going... there around lunch time there is a line out the door because there is only two workers working around lunch time. I tried toorder ahead and it still takes long No big deal I understand. I still enjoy port of subs all day... Read more

This week my boss bought lunch from this Port of Subs, service and food good .did it again on Friday and service and food... Sucked. Sandwiches not marked, ( so we had to touch everything,) the Sandwiches in general were over and under made.. When didthey start using round Ham? No not Capitola. HAM. is this a price cut? Every sandwich had mayo,must,picklesolives,letuce,onion, and tomatoes... even the TUNA. This Port of Subs has been under different management 5 t+ tmes in the 15years that I've worked in the warehouse district and they seem to go down down down. Even the young kids that start thereworking carriers for a franchise such as this aren't getting the true training and or respect they should be getting to do theirbest and practice Customer service which we will all need today tomorrow and always. The inside order taking and processingisn't any better, to many hads, nor enough experience to give the customers what they pay for. Don't try to call this one themessage machine always comes on and refers you to on line ordering. The result of doing that didn't work out so well. And aswrong and as impacent that we have all become... check your order B 4 YOU LEAVE.. the Customer behind you might appreciate youdoing that because they will do it too. Thanks Susie Read more

I love Port of Subs, however every time I order a salad with extra tomatoes and pepperoncinis with extra vinegar and oil, I... always get the regular amount you?d normally get or less. I?ve even offered to pay extra for those items. I always get anexcuse as why they can?t accommodate my request. Today I was shorted a few items in my order. It only reminds me of why I go tothis store only once every 3-6 months. If you want extras added, don?t waste your time. I?ll continue to go to Subway. NormallyI don?t complain, I hate that. I work in the restaurant business, and hate unwarranted complaints. This has been going on foryears now, and it gets really old. Read more

This is the cleanest Port of Subs I know. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Their bread is always fresh, tastes... delicious! I?ve ordered ahead and they take care to make sure everything is correct and ready for pick up. Ordering in store isfast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this location. Read more

Ordered Tuna salad online. Very convenient and skipped the long line. Tons of additions to choose from and the portion was huge.... Highly recommended! Read more
