I just went to this port of subs not even 20 minutes ago I got a #8 foot long on wheat, a large drink And a brownie. The brownie... is rock hard I couldn?t even bite into it and the breaded is not only rock hard on the outside but chewy on the inside which isdisgusting on its own, but not until I bit in even three bites into the sandwich I notice mold on my sandwich and the lettucethey put on it was more brown then green. I understand that most port of subs places employees are high school students. This istheir first job. But they should know not to give you a moldy disgusting sandwich. They should also know to replace the lettucewhen it?s brown it?s a cheap and expensive sandwich or at least it used to be now it?s very expensive. I spent $20 but this kindof food is unacceptable for that price. I?m very disgusted and that was a waste of money.only good part of my experience wasthat then guy behind the counter was extremely sweet, the girl working with him on the other had I have never seen such rudebehavior. EE was polite but sloppy when putting together sandwich...alot of toppings fell off...also, took 3 to 5mins to come from the... back to greet and help...not very professional regarding speaking of other EEs Read more

Went for sandwiches at 1:30 pm on a Saturday. We were told they didn't have the green leaf lettuce and out of onions. Out of... onions at only 1:30, really? Sandwiches also had a weird taste to it. We'll be avoiding this location from now on. Read more

Lobby isn't open, will have to wait in drive-thru for your order right now (or at least for the last week). I recommend to try a... different location. The response from the owner of this establishment, is definitely a generic answer. Not sure you even read Iput LOBBY not drive thru, why would I want to sit in a drive-thru for 20 minutes burning gas. Read more

Customer service was atrocious. They didn't look up to see us. One employee was sitting on the ground. Employee got up from the... ground using her hands then, without washing them started making a sandwich. Rude & dismissive. Will never return. Read more

Its pretty sad when you can't even go get a sandwich without having an immature employee behind the counter. I ordered a... sandwich and bottled soft drink. Not only did I watch the girl shake my bottled drink once but twice. When I told her I saw whatshe did and asked for a new bottle she shut the window and never came back, neither did the other 2 employees working. To saythe least I left without my meal.. unfortunately I will never go back. Read more
